Syntec CNC Controller
The CN-T740 features a Syntec CNC Controller with scalable support for 5-axis, 5-linkage machining. Intelligent tool-path planning and adaptive feed functions enable smooth execution of complex machining programs, responsive high-speed operation, and stable performance during extended continuous production.
High-Precision Guideway System
Equipped with a four-block linear guideway system, the CN-T740 features low friction, high table responsiveness, and excellent dynamic performance. The guideway design minimizes vibration during high-speed operation and provides smooth, stable movement even at low feed rates, helping to prevent stick-slip behavior.
With high positioning accuracy, excellent servo response, and strong load-bearing capacity, the guideway system also provides effective resistance to cutting forces and vibration. This contributes to improved machining precision, enhanced machine stability, and extended service life.
